Rules Of Collection Agent

1.  The company pays a fixed of Rs 5,000 per month for the agent's work, Rs 2,500 for petrol, Rs 500 for mobile and Rs 1,000 for vehicle services. The salary of the collection agent should be generated by the collection agent.

2.  The company does not pay the agent the expenses of the holiday

3.  The collection agent adds members for the new chit, he will get a bonus of Rs 300 per member. but these bonuses will be available after the completion of the first month of the chit group.

4.  The target is for the collection agent to add 15 members/ month for the chit and if this target is achieved the company will give Rs.2250 incentives.

5.  Collection agent adds a member for a new saving, he will get a bonus of Rs 100 per member.

6.  The target is for the collection agent to add 15 members month for the saving and if this target is achieved the company will give Rs.750 incentives.

7.  The collection agent collected savings daily, he will get a commission of 1.5% on the total amount

8.  If the Collection Agent joins the New Fixed Deposit Member Company, 0.5 per cent incentive will be given to the Collection Agent from the Fixed Deposit amount of the company.

9.  Upon successful completion of 3 months training for the collection agent, the company will provide 2 uniforms and the company will provide 2 uniforms for the collection agent every year.

10. Permission must be obtained by email or written from the company one day before the collection agent takes leave.

11. If the collection agent is on leave, the commission bonus received on that day in that area will be given to the other collection agent who goes there.

12. Collection agents can get incentives by adding members from any area but only the company has the right to designate daily collection area so the collection agent should not go for collection in another area without permission.

13. The collection agent should deposit the daily collection in the company daily or in the chief officer or in the bank. and if the collection agent is late in depositing the collection amount in the company, the collection agent will be responsible.

14. It is very important for the collection agent to give feedback on his / her day-to-day work in the company.

15. If there is any entry left in the collection book of the collection agent, then the collection agent should make the entry after checking in the collection app and if it is entered in addition then the collection agent will be responsible for it.

16. If the collection agent has received 45000 bonus from the first month to the third month, then that collection agent will be awarded with a bronze medal and Rs.15000 / -.

17. If the collection agent has received 45000 bonus from the fourth month to the six months, then that collection agent will be awarded with a silver medal and Rs.20000 / -.

18. If the collection agent has received 45000 bonus from the seventh month to the ninth months, then that collection agent will be awarded with a gold medal and Rs.25000 / -.

19. If the collection agent has received 45000 bonus from the tenth month to the twelve months, then that collection agent will be awarded with a gold medal and Rs.30000 / -.
